Worlds 18 years of service and maintenance we have
been increasingly asked why we do not supply fitness
equipment. Our answer has always been the same: Our
business has never been about the sale of equipment, it's
always been about the customer service experience and
the helping of customers when they need our help.
We have now fulfilled the standard we have set out to
achieve within the service and maintenance side of the
industry. So our next goal was to look at other options,
and what our customers would like Fitness World to provide.
The obvious area was Sales.
The reason behind our diversifying is simple. Customers
recognize that we can offer good maintenance and back
up to almost every type of fitness equipment. If we can
now start supplying quality equipment to our customers,
they can purchase knowing full well that they have our
experience and knowledge to provide the service and maintenance
assistance when they need it. In essence "A One stop
shop". From the initial purchase of your new or reconditioned
machine to the maintenance of the equipment for the life
time you own it, Fitness World will support you every
step of the way.
All the items advertised on the cart come with the guarantee
that we can look after them with back up and maintenance.
Some companies only sell the equipment and never supply
the back up. Some companies even go as far as to import
equipment from the Far East and sell on line knowing if
thing go wrong the back up isn't there. This is ok if
the machine never goes wrong but if it does there is nothing
that can be done. The only option is to throw your machine
away and purchase a new one!
If you purchase from Fitness
World you will not only be provided a machine we know
we can offer back up for but you will also receive access
to our CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).
This will allow you to see the product you have purchased
linked to your account. It will also show you full reports
from the initial order and purchase to any repairs and
maintenance that Fitness
World has carried out on your machine.
What's more you can contact Fitness World through this
access and raise any issues or jobs with full traceability
on any correspondence without the need to pick up the
phone- 24 hour 7 days a week. The system also gives access
to our note system so you can keep updated with the progress
of any questions or jobs.
We pride ourselves in our experience and standards in
customer service and do all we can to ensure our customers
