How do I contact the Fitness World Team?

Our opening hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. On Saturdays and Sundays our lines are closed, but orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you sell to institutions/schools/colleges/businesses or local authorities as well as domestic customers?

We happily sell to all types of customers and can offer special discounts for bulk purchases.

Are there any other discounts available?

We are able to offer discounts on bulk purchases to individual and corporate customers. Fitness World also offers regular discount codes to our customers who sign up to receive our newsletter.

How do you keep my personal information secure?

We take your privacy and security very seriously. Payments are processed securely by Sage Pay.

We use your information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.

How do I place an order?

You can either place your order online or over the phone with a member of our friendly customer service team.

If you wish to process your order online simply:

1. Choose your preferred product and select any options or accessories you require
2. Select 'Add to Cart'
3. Once you have selected all the items you require click 'Checkout'
4. Follow the instructions on screen to complete your purchase
5. You will then receive a confirmation of order email

How can I pay for my order?

  We accept all major types of credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and American Express.
  
  
• Invoice/Cheque
  
  If you are a business or local authority and wish to place an order, please email your order to contact@fitnessworld.co.uk stating the payment method you wish to pay by and we will issue you with an invoice via the post (this can also be faxed on request). Your order will only be processed on receipt of payment in full.
  
  Please note that we will keep your order open for 10 working days. If payment is not received within this time, we will contact you to establish if the items are still required.
  
  Please make sure you include all contact names and numbers as well as delivery addresses in full.
